How to access one to one confidential online coaching
If you have an issue you would like to run past a neutral person, then why not have a 30 minute session. For further ideas such as preparing for a presentation, coaching through a conflict situation or planning to discuss better rewards for your work, then a 60 minute session might be better. Sometimes, in the 30 or 60 minute session, people reflect on what we have discussed and book a longer 90 minute session. Anything longer can be quite draining so a maximum of 90 minutes is advised.
I'm happy to have an initial chat, so feel free to email me an dI can get back to you.
