Before his current role Alec has held senior positions with Channel 4, Railtrack, FTKnowledge, Henley Distance Learning, The Open College and The Sears Group.

Alexandra worked at the BBC for 10 years as a successful radio and television producer. She was also part of the BBC's highly imaginative Creative Network.

She now works with clients such as the BBC, Channel 4, October Films and IMG, designing and delivering creative sessions as well as facilitating longer term projects. These are designed to encourage teams generate and pitch ideas which directly reflect audience needs.
